“Alright, team,” Spacedawg began, leaning against the bulkhead with his arms crossed. “Our next move is to go undercover. We need to blend in at the Casino de Charlevoix tonight—it’s a high-stakes game, and we suspect Sinclair will be there.”
The plan was ambitious. They contacted Celine at Order 93 headquarters for approval, and with a green light, the crew prepared for a night of espionage. Dressed in black-tie attire, they looked every part the high rollers they needed to mimic. Spacedawg, in particular, cut an impressive figure in his tuxedo tails.
Upon arrival at the casino, the host at the door barely glanced up from his clipboard. “Sorry, celebrities only tonight,” he muttered distractedly.
Clearing his throat to catch the man’s attention, Spacedawg stood taller, letting his presence be known. Recognition dawned on the host’s face, followed quickly by a flurry of apologies and smiles. “Captain Spacedawg! My apologies, sir. Please, enjoy your evening.” He handed them each a thousand loonies
