The Three-Eyed Novempus (Novempus trinusculus) is a remarkable marine creature distinguished by its unique physical characteristics and complex biology. Physical Characteristics:

  • Brains: In addition to the central brain located in its head, the species has a brain in each of its legs, totaling ten brains.
  • Mouth: It features a beak-like mouth, typical of cephalopods, used for feeding.
  • Exterior: The exterior is armored, providing protection against predators.
  • Eyes: The species is equipped with three eyes, offering a wide field of vision and advanced predatory capabilities.
  • Ink Glands: It has five ink glands, used for defense.
  • Hearts: The Three-Eyed Novempus has five hearts, ensuring efficient circulation throughout its body.
  • Stomachs: The species has three stomachs, aiding in its complex digestive process.

Habitat:
The Three-Eyed Novempus thrives in deep ocean environments, where it can utilize its unique adaptations to navigate and hunt in the dark, high-pressure waters.

Diet:
This cephalopod primarily feeds on smaller marine creatures, using its beak-like mouth and dexterous legs to capture and consume prey.

Culinary Uses:
The Three-Eyed Novempus is considered a delicacy in many parts of the Canadian Expanse. Its tentacles and eyeballs are often used in exotic dishes, such as the famed Tentacle and Eyeball Soup. The meat can be prepared similarly to octopus, offering a versatile ingredient for various culinary applications.

Reproduction and Lifespan:
