Ingredients:

  • 200g Scorpiomantis MorsusTaxonomy: • Kingdom: Animalia • Phylum: Arthropoda • Class: Insecta • Order: Mantodea • Family: Scorpiidae • Genus: Scorpiomantis • Species: S. morsus Description:Scorpiomantis morsus is a unique predatory species indigenous to the arid regions of the Canadian Expanse, particularly thriving in the British Columbia and Nunavut Sectors. It exhibits a fascinating blend of characteristics from both scorpions and mantises.... More meat, cleaned and cooked
  • 250g rice noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Noodles: Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Scorpiomantis Meat: In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant. Add Scorpiomantis meat, cooking until lightly browned.
  3. Add Vegetables: Add bell pepper and carrot, sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Combine: Add noodles to the pan, toss with soy sauce and fish sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Serve: Garnish with green onions and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
