The holographic screen flickered to life, revealing the panicked face of the Aurora Voyager’s captain. “This is Captain Harris of the Aurora Voyager. We’ve been attacked by pirates. They’ve taken control of the ship and have hostages. We need immediate assistance!”

“Commander Alvis, how long till we’re alongside the Aurora Voyager?” Captain Spacedawg’s voice was steady, tinged with a hint of urgency.

“Just shy of ten minutes, Captain,” responded Ed, as he fine-tuned the controls. The ship’s soft hum was a comforting reminder of its recent enhancements, now a formidable presence in the void.

More affirmed, his voice booming slightly across the command deck.

With graceful precision, the Folly aligned and clamped onto the Aurora Voyager with a decisive thud. Immediately, J.J. and his team proceeded through the airlock, their movements sharp and calculated.

The inside of the Aurora Voyager was a stark silence. The squad advanced in tight formation, methodically securing the ship section by section, J.J. keeping Captain Spacedawg informed of every move.

Then, abruptly, gunfire broke the silence below. “We’ve got company!” Zoe Ramirez called out, narrowly dodging a stray bullet.

Peering cautiously, J.J. spotted pirates bunkering down. “Hit them with the stunners,” he directed. The squad responded in sync, their grenades casting disorienting lights and sounds, buying them time to overwhelm the pirates.
