The documentary crew continued their exploration of the Mandoleer’s Folly, next focusing on Private Amina Yusuf, a Human female Trooper known for her courage and dedication.
The interviewer found Amina in the training room, practicing hand-to-hand combat techniques.
“Private Yusuf, thank you for speaking with us. Can you tell us what it’s like being aboard the Mandoleer’s Folly?”
Amina smiled confidently. “It’s challenging but incredibly rewarding. Being on the Mandoleer’s Folly means being part of a top-tier team, constantly learning and pushing myself to be better. It’s a privilege to serve on this ship.”
The interviewer continued, “You were on board the previous incarnation of the Mandoleer’s Folly when it went down. How did that make you feel?”
Amina’s expression grew serious. “It was a tough time. Losing the ship and some of our crew members was heartbreaking. But it also made us stronger and more united. We’re more determined than ever to complete our missions and honor those we lost.”
“What are some of the best memories you’ve had on the ship?” the interviewer asked.
“Some of the best memories are the small moments – like sharing a laugh with my squadmates after a successful mission, or the sense of accomplishment after a tough training session,” Amina said, her eyes lighting up. “One standout memory is the time we saved a colony from a pirate attack. The gratitude of those people is something I’ll never forget.”

“Captain Spacedawg is an incredible leader,” Amina replied. “He’s always there for us, leading by example and inspiring us to give our best. My fellow troopers are like family. We train together, fight together, and look out for each other. It’s a bond that’s hard to describe.”
Finally, the interviewer asked, “What are your hopes for your future?”
Amina took a moment before answering. “I hope to continue serving on the Mandoleer’s Folly, to protect and explore. I want to keep pushing my limits, both physically and mentally. And maybe, one day, I’ll be able to train and mentor new recruits, passing on what I’ve learned.”
The interviewer smiled. “Thank you, Private Yusuf. Your dedication is truly inspiring.”
