A moment later, the response came through. “Mandoleer’s Folly, you are cleared to land in Bay 7. Welcome to Terrace Prime.”

The ship descended smoothly, touching down in a landing bay close to a bustling market. As the engines powered down, Abraham turned to Spacedawg.

“Captain, this market is known for its fresh produce. Might be a good idea to stock up.”

Spacedawg nodded. “Agreed. Everyone can use a break. I’m giving the crew shore leave for a few days.”

The announcement was met with cheers from the crew. Shore leave on Terrace Prime was a rare treat, and the crew was eager to explore.

Terrace Prime was a haven for artists and had a rich indigenous history. The streets were lined with vibrant murals, and the air was filled with the sounds of musicians playing traditional melodies.

As the crew dispersed, Spacedawg, Ed, and the Alchemist set off towards the nearest cannabis dispensary. Spacedawg had a prescription to fill, and this was the perfect opportunity.

The dispensary, a cozy building with a welcoming atmosphere, was easy to spot. Inside, they were greeted by a female JotunConservation Status Not Evaluated (NE) Scientific Classification   Kingdom: Animalia   Phylum: Chordata   Class: Mammalia   Order: Primates   Family: Hominidae   Genus: Gigantus   Species: G. sapiens   Binomial Name   Gigantus sapiens Common Names   Jotun General Information Gigantus sapiens, commonly referred to as Jotun, are a towering species native to the Newfoundland and Labrador Sector, spreading across the New Kalmar Union. Spacedawg smiled. “I’m looking to refill my prescription.”

Abigail’s eyes widened as she did a double take. “Wait a minute… Are you Captain Spacedawg?”

Spacedawg chuckled. “The one and only.”

Abigail’s excitement was palpable. “I’m a huge fan! Can we take a holographic selfie?”

“Of course,” Spacedawg replied, posing with her for the picture.

After the photo, Abigail looked thoughtful. “Would you mind if we used this in a marketing plan for the new and improved Spacedawg PaulyBirth Name: PaulyCurrent Alias: Spacedawg PaulySpecies: Human-Canine HybridDate of Birth: February 22, 1973Place of Birth: Washington, D.C., United States, Earth, Sol SystemOccupations: Former Chef, Brewer, Distiller, Garden Worker, Apprentice Cobbler; Current First Mate on the Mandoleer's Folly, Lieutenant in the Royal Canadian Space Cavalry (RCSC) Overview Spacedawg Pauly is a unique entity whose life story spans both Earth and the... Spacedawg raised an eyebrow. “I haven’t tried it yet.”

Abigail grinned. “Well, how about a sample? Join me for a smoke?”

Spacedawg, Ed, and the Alchemist followed Abigail to a cozy smoking area. She expertly rolled a joint and passed it around. As they smoked, Ed regaled them with humorous stories of their adventures, filling the room with laughter.

“You should stay for the harvest festival,” Abigail said, her eyes sparkling. “It’s tonight, and you and your crew are the guests of honor.”

Spacedawg’s eyes lit up. “We’d be delighted. We’ll let the crew know.”

Before leaving, Spacedawg reached for his wallet. “I’ll take 28 grams of the new strain.”

Abigail shook her head. “You have a standing VIP 100% discount on all Henry Weedmonger’s cannabis.”

Spacedawg laughed. “I feel guilty about that.”

Abigail smiled. “Don’t. Henry always compensates me. But if you insist, a tip would be appreciated.”

Spacedawg handed her a generous tip, and they stepped outside.

Standing outside the dispensary, they admired the sunset. The festivities were about to begin, and the air was filled with anticipation.

“Follow me,” Abigail said, leading them towards the festival grounds. “I’ll show you where to sit.”

As the Mandoleer’s Folly crew prepared to join the celebration, they looked forward to an evening of joy and camaraderie, their bond stronger than ever.
