For the Lava Cake:
- Dark chocolate: 100g, chopped
- Unsalted butter: 50g, plus extra for greasing
- Cannabis-infused butter: 1 tbsp (14g)
- Granulated sugar: 50g
- Large eggs: 2
- All-purpose flour: 30g
- Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp (6g)
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp (5g)
- Salt: A pinch

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ramekins
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Grease two ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder. Tap out the excess cocoa powder and set aside.
Step 2: Melt the Chocolate and Butters
- In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate, unsalted butter, and cannabis-infused butter.
- Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) and stir until the chocolate and butters are fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 3: Prepare the Batter
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the bowl and gently fold into the batter until just combined.
Step 4: Fill the Ramekins
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins.
Step 5: Bake the Lava Cakes
- Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes. The edges should be firm, but the center should still be slightly soft and jiggly.
Step 6: Serve
- Remove the ramekins from the oven and let them cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Run a knife around the edges of the cakes to loosen them, then carefully invert each cake onto a serving plate.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and fresh berries if desired.
