  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Lemon Herb Butter:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh dill, fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper.

The flesh... More fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let the fillets marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even coverage.
  1. Prepare the Lemon Herb Butter:
  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, fresh dill, fresh parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
